Invoicing

Invoices are sent every month on the 1st and payment is due by the 15th. If payment is not received by the 15th your account will be subject to deactivation and a late fee.

If you are not sure how much you owe, you can click here to log into your account and click on “Account Login.” If you would like to make a payment online, you can then click on “Make Payment Online,” which will redirect you to our payment portal.

If you do not wish to make a payment online, you can also make a payment by Credit Card or by Electronic Check by phone by calling us at (816) 632-4188. You can also mail a payment to:

You can also drop off a payment in-person to our office during normal business hours or after hours using our Drop-Box located in the back door of our building:
